Life's a BEACH!!!

Last week we had the time of our lives in Destin Florida with Pep and Papa (Ryan's parents). It was Dylan's first time in a plane and on the beach! Both went so well and I am so proud of my big girl!
Dylan Avery helping me pack for the beach!!!
Guerrini came to Katy to play golf with Ryan and stayed for dinner. Dylan loves Guerrini!
Dylan Avery's first plane ride...she rocked it!
Dylan and mommy matching in our purple, getting ready to go to the beach for the first time! Yay
Dylan LOVES the sand! It was so precious to watch her touch (and eat) sand for the first time!
She loved the ocean, but not so sure about the waves. So we went down the beach a little behind the jetty and the waves were smaller and she loved it!

 My little crab!
Dylan and cousin Warren! They had the best time playing together, it was so great watching them!
This is Dylan eating her stuffed toy I bought her named Trixie. Trixie makes the cutest little noises!
Dylan and Aunt Stephanie giving each other kisses!
Yes! We got the little munchkins matching airbrushed shirts...LOVE!
Cousin Pam got Dylan and Warren these awesome beach chairs for their first beach vacation...don't they just look adorable! The chairs are painted with their names on them. I can't wait to put ours on the patio. Dylan loves her chair!
Ok, now these were my favorite pictures of the trip! Last minute I packed this pink tutu and I am so glad I did, because she looks like a precious angel!

Tuesday after professional beach family pictures Dylan,Ryan and I drove down the beach a little because my cousins were also in Destin!!! So we spent the day with The Cunningham's, Aucoin's, and Moore's(minus Glenn). We had a ball and Dylan loved meeting her extended family :)
She had so much fun she pooped out! The weather was oh so nice while we were there! The sun was out full force, but the wind was nice and cool she slept so good on the beach!
 Dylan and cousin Brad!
She didn't know what to do with all those muscles, she kept pinching him. HA
Dylan and cousin Alice! This face makes me giggle!!!
How I got a picture where they both actually kept their hats on was a miracle :) So cute!
 Dylan and Henley Aucoin
Thursday the clouds were out and the guys were fishing so us girls and Warren decided to go shopping! Here we are in front of Poppy's in Baytown Warf shopping area.
And....Friday was out departure day :( We will miss you sweet Destin Florida beach! It was fun and we will see you again SOON!
Before we left for Destin Dylan took her first trip with me to Neiman's!!! I think she knows how to work the 3 way mirror!
Driving lessons at 7 months! HA
I think she got it...10 and 2
When we returned home from Destin, Gran and Cami were here to meet us!!! While dad finished baby proofing...Dylan showed Gran how she can climb stairs.
Yes, my 7 1/2 month old climbed most of the way up the stairs and had no fear...I think Ryan and I are in trouble!
I love you so so so very much Dylan Avery! You make my life so much sweeter and couldn't imagine life without YOU!

Cousin Warren's birthday and such...

Just my babies hanging out on all fours!

While we were in Dallas for cousin Warren's 1st birthday, Dylan had her first "big girl" bath. In the tub without her whale or a body sponge.
 Happy birthday Warren!

We stayed up until mid-night making this giant cupcake...here it is un-iced! So cute and it turned out perfect!
Warren shared his birthday present with Dylan for a ride!

Aunt Pam gave Warren and Dylan their very own sun chairs for the beach!
Does this face say it all or what?! We had such a fun time visiting Dallas, seeing family, and celebrating Warren's 1st birthday!

We are heading to Destin FL. next week and can't wait! It will be a bunch of firsts for Dylan...First time on a plane, and toes in the sand! Can't wait :)
Love,
Cari and Dylan

Dylan Avery- 7 months old!

Can you believe how time flies?! I can't even imagine how my precious baby girl is already 7 months old...
"I just woke up and you want me to take a picture"
 Helping with the laundry
 First Memorial Day

You wear a size 6-9 month in clothes
Size 2 diaper
We added Similac sensitive formula to your pumped milk 4-5 times a day. You LOVE solids! Your favorite so far is apple, but you like it all even the greens.
You tried puffs and banana num nums and you like them, but don't have the hang of eating crunchy food yet.
Naps- you take 2 naps a day and the length of time depends on the day.
No teeth yet and you don't even show signs of getting teeth.
You are crawling EVERYWHERE up on all fours! We can't keep our eyes off you for a second.
You are also pulling up on everything. You are so strong!
Saying "mama"! I am so very proud!
You know your name and look when we say it.
I don't know your exact measurements, but you are tall and skinny (like your daddy). Everyone says you are petite and dainty. At 6 months you were 26 1/4 inches and 15.5 lbs.

We LOVE you so very much Dylan Avery Hall and our lives are so much richer now that you are here!
Peace,Love,and Baby!

Day in the life of Dylan!

Gran and E-pa came in town to visit and I was so happy! I love this picture so much!

Gran and E-pa brought this fun toy with them and I don't know who liked it more, Dylan or Cami!

Dylan and I went to lunch with Amanda Perches and her babies Harrison and Lola! Here is Harrison and Dylan...

I was in the kitchen putting up dishes and when I looked up to check on here (I have to do every 5 seconds) this is how I found her. Yeah, it's hard floor under this step! She is so brave!
Friday we went to a photo shoot set to lend our creative mind and I snapped a couple shots of Dylan with the props!
Saturday was neighbor Mitchell's 1st birthday! We had a blast!!!

Here is Dylan at one of our many grocery trips! I don't know what I would do without this buggie cover!
Again, sorry for the late blog. Time flies by and I realize I haven't blogged in a while and so much has happened! Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend!
Love,
Cari and Dylan
